Golden Bear makes a brand new series of strapping tools for rail loading of lumber and pipe.  The new C11 strapping tensioner pulls the banding tight using a lithium battery powered tool!  Now you don’t need to drag a pneumatic air line to do your banding in the rail cars. The trip hazard is gone with battery power too.  At first sight the strapping tool looks sweet, but we worried about strength.  Using the C11 after a pneumolash strapping tool left the first band loose. I am a believer in battery powered banding tools after seeing this Milwaukee powered unit.
